The partnership enabled Springer to be one of the first global publishers to offer a complete multichannel solution for the distribution of scientific content for their customers. So impressed were they by our Trustrack solution, Springer have now replaced their internal links solution, requiring all content that is managed and sent out via the global sales team to be sent via Trustrack. It was important for Springer to have a flexible solution, that allowed them to maintain a high level of contact with their customers. Trustrack is regarded as the only solution that gives them a high level of copyright protection and provides them with reporting on how their content is used.
